PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The Town of South Bethany, as franchising authority and pursuant to Section 626 of the Cable Communications Policy Act of 1984, 47 U.S.C. § 546, hereby provides the public with notice that Mediacom Delaware, LLC has submitted a proposal for renewal of its franchise agreement with the Town for the provision of cable services. Members of the public are invited to the public hearing on Friday, September 11, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. to give public input at South Bethany Town Hall, 402 Evergreen Road, South Bethany, DE.

Written comments will be accepted prior to the hearing and must be submitted to townclerk@southbethany.org by 12 p.m. (noon) on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.

The Agreement is available for review at the South Bethany Town Hall, 402 Evergreen Road, South Bethany, DE, during regular business hours or on the Towns website at https://southbethany.delaware.gov. The Regular Town Council Meeting will be held immediately following the Public Hearing.
