The Community Relations Committee is sponsoring Coffee & Conversation with Ann Baker and Chris Housman on Friday, April 17^th at 10 a.m. at Town Hall. Ann and Chris are local real estate agents who will provide us with a review of Real Estate trends and relevant statistics about South Bethany and the surrounding area. It is a presentation of useful information about your investment in South Bethany, it is not a sales presentation. Any and all questions are welcome.

All are welcome to stop by for a few minutes or the full hour. This will be an informal conversation (public comment welcome). Coffee and Conversation events are held monthly (unless otherwise noted), with a different featured visitor each month.
