The Town has hired planners from the Institute of Public Administration (IPA) at the University of Delaware (UD) to assist us in long-term planning and strengthening our community resilience in the face of increased flooding and storm events. Beginning at 12:30 p.m. at Town Hall, the IPA team will lead the meeting and discussion, and the agenda will include the following:

• An overview of data on sea level rise and the effects in our town
• Resilience and adaptation approaches and strategies
• A look at the community survey responses collected so far
• Opportunity for feedback from those in attendance
