• Mention the brief history outlining past dealings with FEMA.

5. Discuss potential strategies, including but not limited to:

• Is there a need to challenge FEMA’s methodology? If so, why and how?
• Develop separate strategies for each LOMR?
• Cost benefit analysis for town expenditures – some owners will be impacted more than others?
• How to maximize response due to limited time for public comments?
