RFP for York Road Phase II
Date Posted: Wednesday, February 4th, 2026The Town of South Bethany is requesting proposals from qualified firms to identify a limited range of potential alternatives and beneficial solutions to reduce or eliminate flooding on the secondary roads of York Beach, specifically Carlisle Drive, Plymouth Road, Bristol Road, Victoria Road, and the portion of York Road lying between Plymouth and Victoria. Firms with relevant experience are invited to review the attached RFP and submit a proposal in accordance with the instructions and timeline provided. Proposals must be received no later than Tuesday, February 17, 2026, by 12:00 PM. Questions can be directed to Town Manager Maureen Hartman at townmanager@southbethany.org.
