Per Town Code § 42-14.3, CONSTRUCTION HOURS from May 15 to September 15:

Construction work – Monday-Friday from 8am – 5pm ONLY
Construction work is NOT allowed on Saturdays or Holidays (Memorial Day, Juneteenth (June 19), 4th of July, Labor Day)
Construction work – never on Sundays
