C. Discussion and possible vote to schedule the first reading of an ordinance to amend the Code of the Town of South Bethany, Chapter 138, “Voting, Absentee”, to comply with state law
D. Discussion and possible vote to schedule the first reading of an ordinance regarding concessionaires
